How do I reset the password for my account? Print

Resetting your StepJockey password is easy - we've given you two ways to do it!

You can reset your password in the "Profile and Settings" part of your account.

You can enter your current password and chosen new password to change it, just below your account info.

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it online.

Open up the app and click the icon in the top left to go to the Main Menu.

Select "Dashboard" then click the icon in the top right,which will take you to the Dashboard Menu.

Select "Profile and Settings", from where you can scroll down to change your password.

If you are trying to sign in on the app and have forgotten your password, just click the 'Forgot password?' link.

This will then ask you to enter your email address so a password reset email can be sent to you.
