We know how frustrating technology can be sometimes, so here are some things to try:

  1. Please double-check that you have entered your details correctly. If you've forgotten your password, read how to reset it.
  2. Make sure the clock is set to the correct time on your phone.
  3. Please double-check that you are tapping 'Sign In' rather than 'Sign Up' when you open the StepJockey App. The 'Sign In' button is located at the bottom of the screen.
  4. If all else fails, please delete and reinstall the app.
