Our challenges will have both a prescribed end date and a target goal - of course this will lead to instances where an organisation reaches this target before the end date. This is great - this will mean that StepJockey is having a real impact towards the wellness of you and your fellow colleagues.
Once you have reached the target - the aim is to keep going. Prizes will be awarded once the challenge has ended, and not when the target goal has been met.
As an example, if your team is top of the leaderboard when the challenge target is met, but you stop climbing, other teams may surpass your total and steal the top spot on the leaderboard.
